Sharing Model
Astronergy undertakes all the CAPEX (Initial investment) and OPEX (Operation & Maintenance and Insurance) costs of the Solar Power Plant, which will be built within the framework of the contracts we will sign with our business partner. A fixed % of the renewable energy produced every month during the contract period is used free of charge by our business partner. Astronergy's % share is also billed to be equal to our partner's monthly kWh unit cost. At the end of the contract, the ownership and all benefits of SPP are transferred to our business partner free of charge.
Participatory Sharing Model
Our business partner makes a cash contribution to a certain % of the initial investment cost (CAPEX) of SPP at the beginning of the construction process or at the end of the contract. Operation & Maintenance and facility insurances are the responsibility of Astronergy. All of the renewable kWh energy produced during the contract period is invoiced to be equal to the monthly kWh unit cost of our business partner. At the end of the contract, the ownership and all benefits of SPP are transferred to our business partner free of charge.
Fixed Price Energy Model
Astronergy undertakes all CAPEX (Initial investment) and OPEX (Operation & Maintenance and Insurance) costs of the Solar Power Plant, which will be built within the framework of the contracts we will sign with our business partner. Each kWh of renewable energy produced during the contract period is billed to our business partner at a predetermined fixed price. At the end of the contract, the ownership and all benefits of SPP are transferred to our business partner free of charge.
